Master in Mathematikunterricht für die Sekundarstufe I

Studierende können den "Master in Mathematikunterricht für die Sekundarstufe II" in Angriff nehmen, wenn sie einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Ingenieurwissenschaften oder technischen Wissenschaften vorweisen können, der von einer Fachhochschule (SUP) ausgestellt wurde. Die Studiendauer beträgt drei Jahre in Teilzeit. 

Die Ausbildung konzentriert sich stark auf die Interaktion zwischen Theorie und Praxis. Sie wurde in enger Synergie mit den theoretischen, anwendungsbezogenen und experimentellen Modulen konzipiert, welche das Training im Klassenzimmer charakterisieren. 

Das modulare Angebot bietet vielfältige Formen des Lehrens und Lernens (Vorlesungen, Seminare, Workshops, vertiefende Kurse usw.).

È una formazione specifica per ingegneri SUP e prepara ad assumere il ruolo di insegnante di matematica nella scuola secondaria di primo grado (scuola media).

It is a specific training for UAS engineers and prepares to take on the role of mathematics teacher in secondary school (middle school).

Skills and professional profile

Teachers working at secondary level I work with pupils aged between 11 and 15. This phase of life is a central moment in the development of the individual, who is confronted with the definition of his or her identity and important choices for his or her educational and professional future. 
 
To best support this course, the teacher must have a solid didactic and pedagogical background and excellent interpersonal and listening skills. 

The teacher's duties include:

• the design and implementation of lessons, teaching and assessment activities to foster learning for all pupils;
• the care of communication and collaboration with pupils, colleagues, families;
• the development of transversal skills;
• the development of a reflective practice, attitude and a career-long focus on research;
• attention to the dimensions of school and social acceptance, inclusion and accessibility;
• the care of the ethical and deontological dimension relating to sociological aspects in the profession.
